I really hope so. I wouldn't have gone to this show if it weren't for the ... well, PJ-Denmark past.

If security doesn't recognizes Pearl Jam and doesn't let them back on stage (1992), I'll kill the security and be security myself.

If the crowds pushes forward (2000), I'm going to personally push them all back.

You heard that right!

Guys,
when are we arriving in Copenhagen? The day of the show or the day before the show? I've been checking out some flights. Closest I get with RyanAir is Bremen. Not really worth it. But I can get a cheap flight Brussels-Copenhagen with Virgin.

THis is the venue's website:

http://www.forumcopenhagen.dk/English/

Nice map of the venue here:

http://www.forumcopenhagen.dk/English/P ... p+of+Forum

Forum is centrally located in Copenhagen. The City Hall Square "RÃ¥dhuspladsen" is a mere ten-minute walk away.

That could be a nice pre/after party in the city centre.

Copenhagen doesn't look too big to me. Should be a pretty nice city. I heard it's pretty expensive there. (Could also help to explain the ticket prices)

about the capacity... I really think it's only 10.000 and not 18.500

I found this:

Concerts
Standing guests max. 10.000
Seated guests max. 8.500
- of this ground floor 3.000
- of this terrace 2.000
- of this 1st floor 2.700

So, you come to 8500 seats with the ground floor included. But you can't include these 3.000, because it's a standing concert. That leaves 5.300 (10.000 - 4.700) people standing on the ground floor. Makes sense to me. Seems like a really nice, intimate venue. Should be a great show!

Like I mentioned before, I see this as the show of shows of any tour since 2000. The band is going back to Denmark 7 years after what happened that horrible june night. I can never get the image of ed on the large screen monitor on crying. The band stood there as they pulled each body out of the muddy pit. They visited Anthony Hurley in the hospital before he died. They sat there mind fucked as they were accused of causing this whole thing.

This is not just a show, this is slaying the dragon for the band. I am not going say it will be the best setlist ever. But this will probably be one of the most heartfelt & emotinally charged perfromances the band ever puts on.
