This was my wedding song. It didn't age well with me at all so I never listen to it anymore. It's also a set killer.

The marriage is woderful however....

I don't think there is too much background info out there on this one but it is probably safe to say it was written sometime in early 1996.

The band played it on David Letterman on 9/20/96, less than a month after No Code was released. Very solid early performance of the song.

You can probably find that performance on You Tube or somewhere like that.

the mix is really nice so its hard to actually hear it, but if you know how to play the song on guitar, you can watch him scramble with the chords, big time, then you can hear it. Specifically out of the bridge. Keep your eye on stone. Funny.
