both are 4 star songs for me, and both really shine at the end, but life wasted is more interesting throughout, so I'd give that one the nudge

i'm surprised there is so much Save You love
I always thought the verses sounded sloppy and contained poor lyrics, but moreover, poor vocal melody variation... It always struck me as a fierce song musically that suffers on the album AND live because of Ed's poorer quality lyrical composition....

I like them both about the same (3.5/5), but I like Save You better, just cause of that part at the end where it slows down, I always forget about it and i love it. Although Life Wasted does get better near the end too, hmmm.....good comparison.

Save You fucking rules. I love the lyrics- so many situations it could be applied to, and the relevance to the band's situations makes it even more meaningful. And the music just kicks al kinds of ass. I lvoe Save You. Love love love.
