for me, life wasted is the clearly the better song

the same complaint many apply to life wasted (uninteresting music AND lyrics) is totally applicable to save you in my book

Save You gets 2 stars, Life Wasted 1.5. Both are among the worst songs on their album.

Save you...although McCready's work at the end of Life Wasted is just incredible.

both are 4 star songs for me, and both really shine at the end, but life wasted is more interesting throughout, so I'd give that one the nudge

i'm surprised there is so much Save You love

I always thought the verses sounded sloppy and contained poor lyrics, but moreover, poor vocal melody variation... It always struck me as a fierce song musically that suffers on the album AND live because of Ed's poorer quality lyrical composition....

interesting others appreciation

Life Wasted's riff cuts like a buzzsaw. A slight edge over Save You.

I don't like Save You on the record, but it's a good live song.

Life Wasted is great on the record and a high point of the live show.

Life Wasted by far.

I like them both about the same (3.5/5), but I like Save You better, just cause of that part at the end where it slows down, I always forget about it and i love it. Although Life Wasted does get better near the end too, hmmm.....good comparison. :)

Save You fucking rules. I love the lyrics- so many situations it could be applied to, and the relevance to the band's situations makes it even more meaningful. And the music just kicks al kinds of ass. I lvoe Save You. Love love love.

eh, i've never really liked save you much. seems kind of flat and one-dimensional to me.

LW is on another level than Save You. they are different, but from a pure perspective, LW its a notch above.

Save You is a good song (for Riot Act) and Life Wasted is a really good song (for whoever).
