just leaked. not supposed to come out for 5 months. Anyway, it's the new Nick Cave project with Warren Ellis and two other dudes. Haven't listened to it yet, but I heard 'No Pussy Blues' on myspace and it was badass. going to listen in full in a bit.

A couple of tracks from the album. The official release is March 8.

I'm excited to check this out. Although, after this I would love a new NC&TBS album and an American Tour (Philly goddamnit)

The other 2 dudes are Martin Casey and Jim Sclavunos, the guys from the bad seeds.

I think it sounds quite cool

Not impressed with the first two tracks. "Electric Alice" is sounding a little better.

"Electric Alice" and "Love Bomb" were the only tracks that made any positive impression.

Man In The Moon thru Love Bomb is excellent.

i love the slight annoying guitar playing on this record. and if i understood the interview i read earlier today correctly, apparently its Cave himself who is playing the guitar on this record.

That's true, he had never played a guitar until he started learning to play it while recording this album. So that's why it's quite raw and simple.
