And no way does Detroit repeat what they did last year. Although Chicago did a nice job after they won the WS. Their division was just too tough.

Meh, it was his first full MLB season. Now he's getting much needed rest.

What does this even mean? Every pitcher gets offseason rest.

Verlander threw almost 80 innings more last year than the year before. He'll more than just 4 months off if he wants to avoid the sophomore slump.
