The best program for burning DVD's is DVD Decrypter and the best part is it's free.

For Data DVD's Nero seems to be the best program.

dvd decrypter is the tool you need. It's Free!

I also use Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 because it has a wide range of features, including burning my Tivo stuff. Downside it is not free.

Wasn't Decrypter removed from most free download sites though? Where can one get it now?

Actually, for burning DVDs, I'd recommend ImgBurn, which is the successor of DVD Decrypter's burn engine and is created by the same guy (LIGHTNING UK!).

For ripping, though, DVD Decrypter is still the best.
