Sorry for your loss.

I'd listen to Light Years.

just ignore people who don't understand. I'd agree with Light Years but there is a lot of comfort in so many Pearl Jam songs it may all help a bit... Hang on there, sorry to hear such a sad thing.

groetjes,
Mirella

Sorry to hear that. Long Road or Man of the Hour. Light Years is just amazing as well.

sorry for your loss :(

Not knowing your relationship I'd hesitate to really reccomend much but light years, long road and come back are all about coping with death, and release, man of the hour, and thumbing my way about loss

I'm about to lose my dog (isn't the same, but still a lot of grief), and these are all the songs I listen to, in addition to Other Side and Fatal

although I don't know you or your friend I've been through the same thing and I feel for you man. It's never easy but Light Years and Long Road always put me in a better perspective but now that I think about it Life Wasted although more edgy has some good content which might keep your hopes up

oh and Outside of Pearl Jam...Mind Riot by Soundgarden got me thinking as well

We lost a close friend about 15 months ago. We don't really know what happened...or if he is dead...He is just gone.

I've listened to Given to Fly a lot.

I'm sorry for your loss.

At SF3, Pearl Jam did a Sad -> Light Years combo that showed how powerful such a thing would have been on Binaural. Both deal with trying to cope with death.

Bob Marley & The Wailers have alot of stuff to help you think possitively at this time. I would recommend Three Little Birds.
