I think they played it three times. Which one do you want? PM me.

Does anyone know where you can get the studio version of Eddie singing "Here's to the state of Mississippi? I miean dont get me wrong, the live version is great but I think I like the studio version more and can't find it anywhere. Any help would be great. thanks!
The closest thing you'll get to a studio version is VH1 Storytellers, since for once the crowd was actually respectable and quiet when Ed wants to do something more intimate.

am i the only one who wasn't impressed with this? i heard it for the first time during the storytellers, and was actually bored by it. it just seemed like ed was shooting for another "masters of war performance" politically, but just fell really REALLY short. I would have rathered insignificance on the broadcast in place of this. I just got the feeling the only reason VH1 played it was due to the "edgy" fact of the middle finger chord.

"You are listening to / Jonesy's Jukebox / On Indie / 103.1..." Hahaha. If you want to really laugh and get an insider's perspective on the Sex Pistols, read John Lydon's autobiography "Rotten." I read it over a decade ago, but just bought it and finished it up recently. Quite good. I'd also recommend searching bargain bins at your local record store for the one-album band he put together with John Taylor, Duff McKagan, and Matt Sorum called "Neurotic Outsiders." That record burns from start to finish.
