Ryan Adams' Easy Tiger has been scheduled for a June 5 release on Lost Highway.
While the final sequence is still TBD, Easy Tiger will be comprised of the following tracks: "Goodnight Rose," "Everybody Knows," "The Sun Also Sets," "Halloween Head," "Off Broadway," "Two Hearts," "Tears Of Gold," "These Girls," "Two," "I Taught Myself How To Grow Old," "Oh My God, Whatever, Etc.," "Rip Off" and "Pearls On A String."
Easy Tiger will be Ryan Adams' ninth full length collection of new studio recordings, following Heartbreaker (2000), Gold (2001), Demolition (2002), Rock N Roll (2003), Love Is Hell (2004), Cold Roses (2005), Jacksonville City Nights (2005) and 29 (2006).

theres some really great songs in there. Two Hearts, Two, and Tears of Gold are great. there's so many good songs left off though, i guess thats what happens when you have like 600 unreleased songs.

he is damn near genius.
Agreed. I cannot wait for this album. Very exciting news. To be honest though, I am hoping for something more like Cold Roses or Jacksonville, more than something like 29.
But I'll be happy with whatever he decides to put out.

Excellent news. I've been digging most of the news songs he's been performing in his concerts, and I'm glad that a lot of them will be on the new record.

is this going to be a "Ryan Adams" or "Ryan Adams and the Cardinals" release? Does anyone know?

Ryan Adams Unleashes His Tiger This June
ewww
Seems Ryan "Minus" Adams has finally parsed down (or tossed aside entirely) the 3,492 tracks recently uploaded to his website into one concise, 13-song album. Ryan's ninth full-length proper, Easy Tiger, enters the physical universe June 5 via Lost Highway.
Possibly named for a line Mr. Adams often gets in bed, Easy Tiger's not-yet-sequenced baker's dozen is reprinted below for your speculative pleasure. Will "Goodnight Rose" be a rollicking alt-country romper? Will "Oh My God, Whatever, Etc." involve cheap beat boxes and witch impersonations? Lord we hope so.
Easy Tiger (track order not finalized):
Goodnight Rose
Everybody Knows
The Sun Also Sets
Halloween Head
Off Broadway
Two Hearts
Tears of Gold
These Girls
Two
I Taught Myself How to Grow Old
Oh My God, Whatever, Etc.
Rip Off
Pearls on a String

this is completely false. none of the songs on the album are from the website. those songs were a joke and aren't being released.
