Man, i dig this format, i've always found AAC to be superior to mp3, but it was limited to 128kbps...but you cant get much better than a 224kbps AAC.

ipod, at the very least. it's the default encoding format for itunes and that's how music is sold on the itunes music store. They're the m4a files.

AAC is basically from Apple.

Well...only a few programs encode in accplus, i have found 2, the paid version of winamp and the other one is called easy cd-da extractor, im using an evalution version of it =/

i work with a mac and i usually encode cd files into aac or aiff with itunes.
