I've been listening to Back to Black for a couple of weeks now. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes soul music. I'm not sure if she composes her own music, but the arrangements are very cool. I haven't looked into too much R&B recently, so this is pretty new to me. I'll have to look into her first album.

Any other fans? Is there any other good stuff like this out there? Check it out, kids. Good music.

All right, I downloaded this despite the fact that I also have no love for the song Rehab. And so far; the album is so much better than that song.

You Know I'm no good that mowbs mentioned sounds really good, and so does most of the other songs two. I can't wait to digest this one a little more.


And mowbs; you might want to check out Joss Stone, who has a new album coming out today. Maybe you'll like her, she has a great voice.

i just got this cd. i like it and i think she's interesting but i'm not crazy about the style. it's the same shit over. i like her voice

Cool...glad you checked it out, GoS.

You heard the man...it's a good album. Even if you hate Rehab, I strongly suggest that fans of r&b/soul music give this album a chance, or at least listen to the song "You Know I'm No GOod." Good to see non-haters (and people who actually listened to the music) posting in this thread.

I'll look into Joss Stone when I get the chance.
