Mike wrote the lyrics for GTF? It's credited to McCready/Vedder, I always thought Mike just brought the music. But yes, to answer the question, a solo album of his could be very interesting. I kind of doubt we would see it though since he doesn't seem to write a whole lot of songs himself, although maybe more as of late.

i would just love an album from mike that is nothing but him playing guitar, no lyrics, no other instraments or people, and i even think it would be cool if it was all 1 track for like 45 minutes, i think mike could make it awsome

i was thinking about this the other day.
i think it would be pretty cool. i would love to hear what Mike would come up with by himself.
i mean, if he came up with 10 songs that were half as good as Inside Job, it would be a great album.
