Alright, before anyone goes ape shit and mouths off about how we talk about Soundgarden, AIC and Nirvana all the time and mentions how there is a separate forum for PJ, hear me the fuck out. I did a search and there is no thread designed for an in-depth discussion on the genre as a whole (though there are threads which debate its defining terms and another asking to rank top 5 albums).
That aside, I've decided that I like grunge music a hell of a lot. I can still sit through pretty much every one of the defining albums of the genre, and I think Ten still has that 5-star quality about it. It recently occurred to me that it actually a pretty small genre with little representation, but I think it is (for the most part) home to the best rock music of the 90s. It may have helped that I didn't get much into it until later in my life, but looking back, the whole movement was a pretty cool time for music.
Let's talk about grunge, hwo you feel about it now and what you like about it.
So just talk to me about grunge and what you like about it.

Oh, you are so lucky that RM1 is gone, my friend.
I distinctly remember asking you, about three years ago, how you even ended up on a Pearl Jam message board when you neve rreally liked Pearl Jam's music, and you said to me, "I like teh grunge music."
Oh to search the minds of teh dead...

Yo I liked Chuck Berry when I was 6 too, you might as well pin me for liking rock music too by that logic.
Let me just say I haven't listened to grunge for a long time and I have no desire to ever again.

But I should also point out that there was a period where grunge began to leave a bad taste in my mouth but I didn't want to say anything about it for fear of RMers bashing me. Now I could give a fuck less who knows.

Cinnamon buns leave a good taste in my mouth.

I consider AIC more metal and Pearl Jam more Hard Rock...at least at the time.
Whenever someone says "Grunge", I usually think of Mudhoney. What a great, underrated band.
