Great decision to end with the couplet - it gave it an almost Shakespearian quality I liked your use of repitition, too.
I don't know if it was a conscious decision to let all the lines flow into each other, and i wasn't sure if i liked that at first, but reading again i saw that it lets the reader read it how they want, and it gives it a sort of freedom..
This section won me over instantly:
"..nature's ism has me in place
you consider not theories or books
i catch all the smoke rings as you dance in the rain.."
My favourite part along with the last couple of lines - Beautiful

you're a mystery man, i realize. it's interesting how you can block the meaning with the words and yet let a feeling, an atmosphere, pass through. amazing.
