while i love them live, their records usually bore me to tears (i love The Advantage tho), curious if i'll like this one tho, sounds intriguing...

Listening right now, finally. It's excellent. Talk about some major progression. It's like if Muse had gone in a good, experimental direction and not gotten sucky. And added Les Claypool as a member.

now i really have to hear it... these guys are good and all, but after the initial appeal wears off, there's not a lot there to make you come back. Oh and Muse never got sucky!

Hahaha, at times the vocals sound so much like a young Les Claypool minus the great lyrics.

Also, what the fuck is up with the drummer? Pretty swell, if you ask me.

I'm enjoying this cd even moreso now. The unconventional and spastic structure takes on an interesting form after you get used to it. It's hard not to be entranced by the drumming on the cd.
