Everybody hates the idea of spoiled rich elitist people getting away with anything, I just can't imagine how much it would suck if it were me or people I know having to go through that.

I guess Reverand Al wont be commenting on this today like he did the first day it happened and he rushed down there to fight the injustice....yeah Als too busy picketting Don Imus to issue an apology I guess

I hate to play the race card but based on how the Imus thing has gotten blown so way out of proportion, if this was 3 African American boys wrongly accused by a white female and treated like this by a DA,boy, I'd hate to see the protests going on down in Durham and the hell being raised on prime time news programs.
I have a loved one who was wrongly accused of a rather serious crime about 7 years ago, and trust me, despite an acquittal, it stays with you for your life. This is a terrible injustice by our criminal justice system and Nifong should definitely pay some type of penalty for pursuing this case with such weak evidence.
