Hey, I'm trying to make an Ed solo mix cd or two. I want it to involve anything that's just him and his guitar (no other band members or special guests).

I'm trying to come up with a list of songs he performed by himself (which would include presets). See if you can help me out. Here's what I have so far...

atlantic city (ac 10/1/05)
arc
around the bend
baby beluga (bridge 10/24/04)
betterman
blue, red and grey (various 03 shows)
bobbie jean (encinitas 6/26/99)
broken hearted (artist's rights 2/26/02 or ucla 3/15/02)
can't keep (not sure where it was played solo except benaroya. Any other times?)
dead man
don't be shy
drifting (bridge 10/20/01, charlotte 4/16/03, montreal 6/29/03, halifax 9/22/05, san fran 7/16/06)
driven to tears (stockholm 6/25/92, shoreline 1/26/02)
elderly woman
far behind
god is in control/limit yourself
goodbye (ucla 3/15/02)
gone (detroit 5/22/06 and camden 5/27/06 that i know of)
guaranteed
growin up (holmdel 7/14/03, reading 10/1/04, london 9/12/05)
hard sun
her majesty
here's to the state of mississippi (bridge 10/24/04)
i'm open
i am mine
i believe in miracles
i can't explain (cascais 11/24/96, grand rapids 5/19/06)
i don't wanna grow up (shoreline 1/26/02)
i won't back down (pensacola 3/9/94. i haven't heard the 05 or 06 versions)
if you want to sing out, sing out
last kiss
last will and testament (chicago 11/13/99)
let my love open the door (nyc 2/24/94)
long road (encinitas 6/26/99 that i know of)
longing to belong (ucla 3/15/02)
lukin
man of the hour
masters of war
millworker
my generation (nyc 2/23/94 and 2/24/94, cascais 11/24/96)
naked eye (nyc 2/24/94)
no ceiling
no more
no surrender (ac 9/30/05, east rutherford 6/3/06)
off he goes (rome 12/4/96 that i know of)
parting ways
patriot (i'm gonna go with nyc 10/13/00)
picture in a frame (
porch (started doing preset in 05, i think)
pulling into santa cruz
rise
satellite (ucla 3/15/02)
setting forth
sheraton gibson (nyc 2/23/94)
so sad about us (encinitas 6/26/99)
so you want to be a rock n roll star?
society
soon forget
squeeze box (nyc 2/24/94)
the kids are alright
the times they are a-changin' (nyc 10/13/00)
throw your arms around me
thumbing my way
trouble
walking the cow (inglewood 7/10/06)
you're true (artist's rights 2/26/02 or ucla 3/15/02)
you've got to hide your love way
young man blues (cascais 11/24/96)

Let me know if I'm missing anything. Also, if you can help me out with some recommendations, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks :)

Dead Man from Holmdel off the LATG DVD

Blue, Red and Grey - the version that's on the GH Comp

Obviously: Soon Forget

Trouble, there are a few live versions aren't there?

3/9/94 - I Won't Back Down is powerful. Not the best recording. You could go Vancouver 03 for a better recording.

I gotta say, I have a pretty big woode for his version of The Times They are a-Changin. I think it was from a Ralp Nader rally or something.

the version of Patriot he did from the MSG nader rally in 2000 is the best solo thing he's ever done

the best version is Boston '04 Night 1 from the pre-set...lots of emotion there

For the love of God, don't spoil your compilation with a solo Last Kiss.
