Post subject: need wilco help (anyone with :comp: knowledge?)

so i downloaded some file from their website which i got for preordering the album
it's supposed to be in this format: MPEG4, h.264 @ 627kbps
the file i downloaded, however, is in this format: aspx
wtf mate?

aspx is a file format for web documents, like .html, .php, etc.
it probably is the file that is supposed to launch the download, and sometimes when you do "Save target as..." on the link it saves it like that because that's what the file extension shows
but, if the file is 50mb, you may just have to change the extension to what it's supposed to be (.avi, .mpeg...) and it should work
or, if you got this by doing the "Save target" thing, just try again by just clicking on it

i actually did try changing the extension to mpeg4 before i made this thread, but it didn't seem to work. i'll fiddle around with it a bit more. thanks

do i just do this by changing the file name to xxx.mpeg? cos, that didn't work
