Hugo Grotius is kind of like the father of international law... and yes I'm serious. I was born and brought up in Holland (I think I've told you this before?). Born Delft. Lived in Kwintsheul (near Wateringen), and then for a while in Rijswijk (kind of near Leiden and Den Haag).
