Decide for yourself. I figure it's more bullshit, but it's kinda scary as well.

I started rewriting the Cheers lyrics, but then, I wondered if that would be insensitive if it actually happened.

I heard this story yesterday, and it's the first terror alert that I ever thought might be legit.

They should have done this a few years ago when the Big Dig was still a mess, just to complicate the situation.

Still alive here.

Traffic this morning on 128 (goes around Boston) was heavier than normal. Perhaps people didn't want to cut right thru the city today?

Good thing I'm moving to Arizona on Monday. But I suppose I should pass this information on to my friends and family. :?

This might be the ony thing that can stop the Pats from winning another Super Bowl.

Wouldn't it be fitting: the Red Sox finally win a title, and the city gets blown up. Is that how the Curse would get the last laugh?

How far away do you have to be from the blast radius to not get vaporized?

How big a bomb have you got?

I'd say at least few hundred feet.

also, if you're, say, 15 miles out side of the blast area, how long before you die from radiation sickness. Something tells me I should have paid closer attention to those "drop and cover" films they used to show us in grade school. :?

I don't think they actually showed those films to educate us on what to do when the bomb dropped, they did it as part of the whole cold war history thinger.

But I'm still pretty old. :|
