I switched to verizon dsl a couple of weeks back and am having a hell of a time figuring out how to forward ports on my new modem. It's a westell 327w. Verizon doesn't send instructions specific to the modem type, just for the verizon service. Anyone have a similar modem and have an answer? The verizon site is no help and there support staff is even worse.
