Frank is a dirty cocksucking bastard of a man. He was born in the hard core ghetto of Camden, NJ on a rainy, foggy somewhat pungent night. Upon crowning the doctor looked up at the mother and said this:
"this child is one dirty sonofabitch, but he is magnificent"
At 6 months ol' baby Frank learned to give the finger, by 11 months he was throwing the italian salute to family and strangers alike. At 14 months tiny Frank was well versed in the seven dirty words and was just starting to aquire a taste for the sweet nector called vodka.
By age 5 Frank was running a small prostitution ring out of the back of the ol' Camden Aces club. He was the 2nd youngest pimp ever to rise out of this paerticular ghetto. He had developed a fondness for Phillies baseball and Eagles football, and a sadness grew inside him as these teams would continue to break his and the hearts of many over the next long years.
Age 10 and Frank popped his cherry, breaking in a new whore who had fled New Yorks unrully hooker lifestyle. She was so satisfied she came in 14 seconds, and Frank slapped that bitch with pride.
At age 17 Frank left home and set up shop in the seedy underbelly of Camden. The Mayor at the time, Mayor Johnny "No Nuts" Coangalo, began a crusade to rid the city of its ghetto and all its whores. It was during this time Frank got the political itch. An itch he first scratched when Mayor Coangalo was found in a back alley with the severed arm of a Camden whore who hadnt payed up in weeks shoved up his ass.
The 10 years that followed have been lost in the records, but during this time Frank continued to build his prostitution empire from various offices of city hall, until eventually he had been promoted to Deputy Mayor of Camden.
On May 27th, 2006, an intimate crowd gathered at the newly opened Tweeter Center. On this day, legend has it, the rock and roll performers PEARL JAM were set to perform a show to a large crowd of crazed individuals. During a gathering of close friends, it was on this day that Dirtyfrank was crowned Mayor of Camden. His first act as mayor was to initiate sexual intercourse with a hot mom in the line for the portajon. Having been shot down due to this particular moms obvious homosexuality (as NO woman could resist Frank), he decided to concentrate on his cabinet; naming Doctor Van Nostrand as his Deputy Mayor, and handing the safety of the city and the protection of its hookers over to a fine joo pitcher named Sandy Koufax.
Now, one year later, Camden, New Jersey is thriving as a utopia of whores, drugs, and shenanigans the likes of which people travel from all over the world to experience. Frank is thr ruler of it all. and we salute him.
