i wanted to show my little sister where i work with the new Google maps "street view" feature, but when she goes to maps.google.com everything is still in dutch, and the that version doesn't have the street view demo. she's tried to change shit in the preferences section but no luck.

does anyone know how a non US based person can access the US google site?

If you're referring to your thread about this in N&D I can see the close ups of the cars and people that you link to. I'm in Ireland so I can't see why it wouldn't work in holland.
