The All Blacks preparation for the cup is 2 tests against a third-string French side, and one against Canada. Great. (That was sarcastic, by the way)

They better not lose in the semis this year.

Sorry to say, the Irish won't win it.

Either us or South Africa will. I sure we were going to midway through the Super 14, but the Japies look damn good.

Yeah, NZ and SA, are leagues above the rest of the nations.

We fucken struggled to beat a second-string Welsh side the other week.

I had the possibility to get free tickets for quarter-finals or semis, but I didn't take it
I'll probably regret this move in a few months

Hey it's a huge thing for them to make the WC. Although our record of 145 points against Japan is in serious danger....

i know that's why i use the arrows, because they really are amateurs not in a depreciative way, but they're not a professional team. i think all the players or the majaroty are university students. so it's impressive that they get there.

I will not be participating in this thread as much as the cricket world cup one, we are crap

I don't really follow Rugby but i will check out the finals for this.

N.Z. will be totally gutted if they don't win it this time, as deano said they quite often lose in the semi like the cricket world cup, the difference being they are generally hot favourites in the Rugby.

but i don't really follow it so i am probably wrong.

I reckon Australia has a much better team than in previous years, a very strong all round side. They will be a real threat, mark my words.

I also don't think NZ is as good as every one thinks they are. Their top players aren't playing very good and haven't played many games of late. That reconditioning thing they did was the biggest waste of time ever. Lets also remember that they are the best team in the world at choking when it matters.

I would put my money on South Africa. They have been playing incredibly well, S14 and the internationals. They have experience, depth, toughness, speed, confidence and all that good stuff.

We still have the Tri Nations to play, which will be a good indicator of how good these three teams are.

Don't hate on Dan because he gets more fanny than you Christophe. Man is close to our greatest AB ever.
