They are making fun of themselves, voluntarily, and are quite clever (and it looks like they are enjoying it.) If you or I pretended to be disabled for a cheap laugh, yes, thats in poor taste. This is not.

It's not them that's funny, it's the wheelchairs, the absurdity, the production, etc. So yeah, it's ok to laugh

I had the misfortune of watching this while sober. If I were drunk, I'd have probably messes my shorts.

But seriously, it's all subjective. I can't blame someone for laughing, and can't blame someone if they don't find it the least bit funny. Watching something like that may even be funny to others with disabilities and teach them to be able to laugh at themselves as to keep in good spirits. So I approve of this video.
