If you don't like these albums, you're no friend of mine.

they're amazing, but don't touch the levels achieved by Ten/Vitalogy.

what I think is amazing is that someone can have 1500 posts on a band forum and not have all the records by that artist already. It's not like this is the rolling stones or neil young. There are just 8 of them

I remember when I got No Code. I bought it but I only got to Smile before I had to go to work. I couldn't wait to get home to listen to the rest of the album.

I've heard all their albums before. I had Ten for a long time but sold it in 2005 to buy SOAD's Hypnotize (bad trade, that album sucked). I've had Vs., Vitalogy, Pearl Jam, and Rearviewmirror for a long time. I have Riot Act burned and had a burned copy of Binaural that played like shit. Still haven't heard Lost Dogs or LO2L yet though.

it's funny when people say they haven't owned an album, because to me, with everything being so digitized, especially music with the iPod trend, I've got all of the albums neatly organized on my work computer, home computer, and laptop. i just figured everyone had succomb and loaded their music on the computer

:cop: You save this story for when the No Code portion of "You Never Forget Your First Time" comes around.

It's called the CD Game Exchange, trade in CDs for other CDs.

I used to do that too, actually (this was before internet downloading). I'd buy a record and if I didn't like it I'd sell it back used and use that money to buy other stuff I wanted to try (or, more likely, 50$ pearl jam boots)

its pretty standard stuff, pete. if you buy an album you dont care for, might as well trade it in for another one.
