I can't think of any off the top of my head that have the crowd singing the chorus; I don't think it's really one of those type of songs, really.
The two best performances of Rats in 2006 were without a doubt Las Vegas and Gorge II, the latter being the standout. I loved Ed's snarling vocals in Vegas but he fucks up the lyrics.
The chorus just HAS to be played on the ride cymbal instead of the hi-hat and the only time Matt did this in '06 was Gorge II which means it wins by default almost. It just loses all its dynamics when sticking to the hat during the chorus, it just pains me to hear it that way.
I've never been Dave A.'s biggest fan but he well and truly owns this song, perhaps more than any other.
