Hi everyone,
Just wanted to give a heads up that our pulse is slow, but still beating. Two new articles are now up:
Lollapalooza '92 Retrospective Hit the historical road with us as we re-visit some "outstanding examples" of the mayhem, silliness and intensity of Lollapalooza '92.
VHC Starter Kit A curiously cool collection of No-codery appeared in the late 1996 and 1997 issues of the Ten Club newsletter and other mailings under the appealing rubrick of the VHC Starter Kit.
The Lollapalooza piece is *very* video heavy (but heavy in a good way). I think the videos alone end-to-end are about 45minutes. Enjoy!

Cool article. I have 2 of the VHC Starter Kits. The first one they sent was MISSING THE STAMP! The stamp was why I bought the fucker. So they re-sent me a whole new one. I offered to return the old one, but they said not to worry about it. The one thing that sucks about living overseas is not having access to all your old shit. (The benefits to living overseas also outweigh this!). When I move home again, it's gonna be like Christmas, only with shit I already have!

I still use my VHC Starter Kit box (the woodgrain variety) for old PJ stuff and ticket stubs. My stamp handle broke, but I play with the flip book each night to remember how good Jack was.

Just thought I'd mention it:
Werchter 07 is not part of the concert chronology on TFT, whereas later shows (Vic & Lolla) are already on there. I, of course, feel personally attacked by the omission of the Belgian show and I refuse to ever look at TFT again.
