Some of you guys may remember my topic in here about me only being able to replace my two sticks of 256 with two sticks fo something else.

Now I've found another well-priced 1GB stick of RAM to put with this other one, though I need to make sure it will work.

Does it matter what the brands are? Because this will be the same type, and size, as the one I have now, but a different brand. So would it still work with it being a different brand?
