is there a free program that will let me make data dvd's?

i bascially just want to move folders full of mp3's etc to a DVD to back them up...

i have a free version of roxio that has a data dvd function but it doesnt seem to work... i have some DVD-R discs and it does not want to buen to that but i am pretty sure my burner can do both DVD+R or -R discs.

try Nero Burning ROM for you data dvd burning
the easiest one, imo
