Don't get me wrong, I have all of them... the Brad albums, Wellwater Conspiracy, Three Fish, Bayleaf, Attention Dimension (and I even had Rockfords for like a day, but it was so bad I had to dispose of it immediately... seriously Mike, come on!)

Does anyone actually listen to any of these on a regular basis?

Can we assume that "Into the Wild" might finally be the PJ side project we've been waiting for... as in something that actually appeases our New Pearl Jam Album appetites!

Discuss... and let me know what your favorite side project album is thus far.

Mine would probably be Brad "Interiors", but even that doesn't get much play.

My favorite side project so far is easily Mad Season's Above, followed by the WWC albums. I'm quite excited for this new Ed solo work, but ultimately it's still just a side project. Ed is at his best when Pearl Jam backs him up, plain and simple.

Mad Season was hands down the best side project.

i'm really unfamiliar with most of the side-projects, save for Mad Season (which is great), TOTD (great too), Attention Dimension (i have it for SOYCD, because i'm a floyd fan and because Ed's on it) but my favorite so far is those 2 songs for Dead Man Walking with Nusrat, short and extended versions. it really feels like this project influenced PJ in a serious way.
i don't have any special interrest in Brad but i'd like to hear Three Fish someday.

i'll still pull out the rockfords now and again.
carrie akre has an incredible voice.

i listen to brad quite a bit, shame and welcome to discovery park. i like mellow stuff, so these get regular play during my buzzed up night driving. but like some have said, neither compares to mad season.

i love most of above... but i can't stand "I Don't Know Anything"...

first ive heard of a title for eds solo tho, whens it coming out? is it going to be bearable or politics with ed ved for an hour.

I like the 'idea' of three fish but I can't listen to more than 2 songs in a row. Laced is good.

I would say that TOTD counts a side project. An although PJ have made man great albums, nothing can touch TOTD...Yield and self-titled being close though.

Temple of the Dog! Almost forgot about that, definitely qualifies as the best PJ side project.

Believe or not, never heard 'Mad Season'. Was never a big Layne Staley/AIC fan. DL'ing now!

as a collective pearl jam is at its best, but their side projects are incredible as well. Talented group of guys

Also, i hav ea feeling the into the wild soundtrack is going to let a lot of pj fans down. sure big hard sun got everyone excited but i have a feeling its the only really "big song" on the album. not many people are fans of eddies acoustic/uke numbers so....

Me? i love his uke songs and i am excited for this but...i have a feeling som epj fans will be let down.

Wellwater Conspiracy was and still is awesome. Check out Brotherhood of Electric...It's a fucking amazing record; as are all the other Wellwater albums.

Mad Season was pretty good for it's time as well.

I wasn't into Jeff's Three Fish band, or Stone's side projects; solo or with Brad.

The Rockfords was very lame and I didn't even bother with that one.

I think "Into the Wild" will be pretty interesting. I'm definatly going to buy it when it comes out...I'm a huge fan of the book and I'm very excited for the movie.

Vedder's involvement is just icing on the cake.

It'll be interesting to hear his interpretation of the movie, and novel. I'm really looking forward to the lyric's and songs he has built around this amazing story.

I wish that the whole band contributed to this side Eddie project. It could of turned into a big deal for PJ - kind of like Petty's She's the One project. If I remember right, Petty was excited about it that he had to bring in the Heartbreakers.

If this Eddie project has legs - I wish the band would get involved, take it that last step and bring in a new level of interest for the band.
