I picked this DVD up yesterday and some of this blew away. The Rain Song and Since I've Been Loving You are just amazing to see they can still pull it off after so many years doing other things. Not sure they should have re-worked Kashmir, but it works.

Jimmy Page is an absolute master on guitar (as we all know) and Robert Plant vocals are still very good even though he count hit those high notes anymore.

The only bad point about this DVD is the fact that there is no sign oif John-Paul Jones other then that amazing. Roger Daltrey and Pete should take a close look at this because they get nowhere near the magic of Page and Plant.

In closing: Jimmy and RP are living gods..

This DVD is indeed fantastic. Highlights for me are Nobody's Fault But Mine, The Rain Song and Thats The Way. Pity JPJ wasnt asked to contribute but hey, you cant have everything! Page & Plant are true rock n roll legends! :)

I used to not like the reworked Kashmir, but after a few listens it is really a brilliant reinterpretation. I also dig the version of Thank You that they did.

Page and Plant's studio album Walking into Clarksdale is surprisingly good. I say "surprisingly" considering that most projects where band members reunite after many years usually turn out bad.

Plant/Page reunion was one of the only reunions to actually come off..

Wouldnt it kick major ass if Page, Plant and JPJ would get together and do an album, not under the name Led Zeppelin, but somethin else? Cant see it ever happening though. The rumour is that Plant & Jones havent spoken for years.

Well the Page/Plant CD Walking Into Clarksdale that came out in 1998 was pretty good. It was no Led Zeppelin, but still it was a pretty good CD. They don't really need John Paul Jones. From what I understand, either Page/Plant were jerks to him or he's been a jerk to them.
