This use to be a 2005 mustang.

A fox ran out in front of me & I swerved. my rear tire caught the grass & I went down the embankment into trees and a giant rock.

yesterday sucked.

somehow I only have some cuts from the airbag and a slight sprain in my neck.

dumb fucking luck.

Nobody said a single fucking thing about the Mustang? 4.6L with 300+hp of pure American muscle. I'll own a late 70's early 80's model one day...

You should really want to own a 60's Mustang, that's when they were classic.

A. Hope you're okay.
B. As an insurance adjuster, next time hit the animal. Your comp deductible is probably less then your collision.

Hear that team? Always hit the animal. It saves you money. If you have an older car you may not ever carry collision.

Class dismissed.

Besides, the value of those cars shot up nearly 4x within the past 5 years. Fully restored GTs (even with major parts replaced) go for at least 65k.
I'm also keeping my eyes on Chevelles, Firebirds, and Monte Carlos. I constantly look through muscle car mags.

btw glad you're ok fitzy. keep taking those awesome outdoor pics.

It was probably a split-second reaction, not something that was thought out for a long time. When you're driving and something runs in front of you out of nowhere, it's pretty much instinct to swerve. My brother used to have a fucking bitchin' Z24 when he was a teenager that he totaled because he swerved to miss a cat that ran out in front of him. Shit happens.

Hope you're okay and the insurance company doesn't rape you too bad.

Do insurance companies cover this sort of thing? Its not like the fox had insurance. You should sue the little bastard for everything he's worth.

Yes. It's called your collision coverage.

Had you hit the fox and he caused damage it would be comprehensive coverage.
