Sweet. Can catch that before Mets/Marlins..........actually strike that. I have a wedding rehearsal dinner tomorrow night.
Oh well.

Anyway, I am feeling very confident that we will win the division this year and have a top 3 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. This team is on the rise and will soon become a force to be reckoned with.

I don't know if I'm quite ready for hockey just yet...but what the hell, the Rangers did pretty well last season and I heard they spent a little bit of money in free agency.

cue up the Arcade Fire...

I am liking Renney's lines so far....

Gomez/Jagr/Hossa

Drury/Avery/Shanahan

Betts/Prucha/Callahan

4th line should be a mix of interchangeable parts.....would love to see Nigel Dawes make the squad.

yeah, but he's eating them in dallas.

between orr, laraque, brashear and boulerice, this might be the toughest division in hockey. too bad that homo avery is still on the rangers

So I just found out that only 8 veteran players are allowed to play each pre-season.... so we probably won't see the Jagr/Gomez lineup until tomorrow. I'm still pumped up though.

Reminder that MSG is having a season preview show @ 6pm.

I don't think Drury, Gomez, Jagr or Lundqvist are playing tonight.

Edit: here are the lineups for tonight and tomorrow's game.

It's not even October yet...you should be more concerned with the Phillies and McNabb's bruised ego.

Good to start off with a win last night. :)

Tonight, we'll see the Jagr/Gomez combo for the first time. Really looking forward to that.
