This challenge is a call to RM.

A call to rise up and work together to improve the posting quality of all.

A call to eliminate spin-off threads and prevent ill conceived bumps.

A call to rise up and eliminate those who wish harm upon our community.

A call to rid the community of members drain RM of it's resources and thus harm us all.

I was going to post something else but forgot the main point I was going to make with all that fluff, shit.

I propose a council that sits above all others, and determines suitable posting material. If a user contributes adversely to the board the council will deal with him/her accordingly.
