"But now its gettin late
And the moon is climbin high
I want to celebrate
See it shinin in your eye.

Because Im still in love with you
I want to see you dance again
Because Im still in love with you
On this harvest moon."

When I went to work this morning, the moon was just getting ready to set, so technically, you can still see the harvest moon, just not all big and orange due to atmosphere and smog...

I used to see them all the time when I lived in Central PA, which was cool in that since I worked at Penn State, there were cornfields everywhere. very fitting.

I was just sitting out in my backyard with a glass of Knob Creek in the ridiculously dry and clear Phoenix night. The moon was so bright it hurt my eyes to look in its general direction. It lights up the world with stark shadows of blue, and the pigeons are cooing in the trees, confused about whether it is day or night. There is just the faintest hint of a chill in the air, a chill that has been utterly absent for the past four months, and life is really really good tonight.

It was beautiful in Boston, the color was something I had never seen before. The color was almost yellow, which I found odd.
