I was in town today & saw I woman I know. She is like 350lbs, and has no physical condition besides the fact that she is 350 lbs. She has a handicap parking permit. WFT? I didn't know being lazy and wolfing down double cheesburgers can get you a parking permit & take spots away from people born with 1 leg, or soldiers returning from the war with missing hands. This is yet another sad statement about the country I live in. I'm not sure why this bothered me so much, and I don't know why it suprises me.

Perhaps she has a medical condition to blame for her obesity? That's the only reason how I could fathom she gets a handicapped parking permit. If she is in fact just a glutton, well, there's no excuse for her getting special treatment.

Easy there chief...It bothers me too, but they're hardly taking away spots. When I go to the store..or mall, I see way too many handicap spaces...1 out of every 3 or so might be occupied at any given moment.

Exactly.
I see enough Handicap spaces for the LEGIT and the QUESTIONABLE permits. The thing that bothers me are the LAZY fucks that park in the spaces that DON'T have permits.
