They forgot the "R" in The Boston Red Sox network. I moan constantly about the Angels broadcasters Fiziyuk and Hudless, but these homers tonite are by far the shittiest announcers the history of postseason network baseball. Is Curt Gowdy still alive and able to speak? Can someone from TBS find out? He was a BoSox homer, but at least he didn't bring pain to your head and eardrums. To make matters worse, Jose Mota (even my Mexican friends here in Cali can't stand him) is mumbling nonsense from the sideline. This isn't right.

i had the announcers on mute and was playing music but the HD did seem to be a bit off, it didn't look as good as baseball games on other HD channels.

Steve Stone has one of the best baseball minds, and is maybe the best color announcer around. And is in no way a Boston homer. Just because your team was overmatched doesn't make the announcers homers.

it's too bad Skip Carey isn't on the broadcast, it'd have been a lot more fun.

They seemed like any good national announcers to me.

They were slobbering over Beckett, but he threw a 4H CG shutout with no walks in the playoffs . What would you expect?

I had no problem with them and I always like listening to Stone call a game.

I'm glad the Cleveland-New York series gets the A team and not Dick Stockton.

i've never heard a national combo that i enjoyed and the buck/mccarver and miller/morgan combinations make me want to puke. i will always mute baseball announcers unless the game is on nesn.

So you listen to silence during baseball games? You can't listen to the radio because of delay.

i put on music usually. i don't need these stupid people to tell me what's happening, i have eyes and am fully capable of understanding what i see. the vast majority of games i watch are local though so it's not a big deal until playoff time.

"Catchers are not allowed to practice their swing when they are out on defense." Thank you for enlightening me mccarver i would have never guessed that this wasn't simple common sense!

Rex Hudler has to be the worst color man in all of sports.

See, I just couldn't get into the game if I'm listening to music or something else. I need to hear the crowd, the crack of the bat, and the stupid commercials in between.

Speaking of, that guy that does all those immitations is not even funny. In fact, he's kind of annoying.

He had it coming. Critizing him for playing both sports. He's such a jagoff!

I'd love for a network to just can the announcers and let the crowd noise be the only thing heard. If they want to promote their shit I wouldn't care if they ran annoying graphics on screen between hitters. I know it'd never happen, but I can dream.

The Cubs-D Backs announcers are brutal. They contradict themselves every other sentence.

the graphic that measures how much of a lead the baserunner is taking is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
