I don't dislike Fargo, I just don't see what's so great about it. Had I seen it before everyone had hyped it up I may have felt/feel differently, but to me it's just a strange little black comedy that is good for one viewing per lifetime.

that's kind of how i felt about Goodfellas (not the comedy part, the hype part). it wasn't bad by any means, but not nearly as good as expected...

i expected the king kong remake to suck, so i enjoyed it more than i thought i would

Disappointing to hear, I was really looking forward to seeing it. I think I'll just Netflix it now.

Disappointing to hear, I was really looking forward to seeing it. I think I'll just Netflix it now.

man it's really really good, then the ending kind of doesnt resolve any of the more interesting plot points, and they did a questionable character twist towards the end that was pretty unnecessary.... worth watching, but netflix all the way

It's just about the only film I've seen after which I've been angry. Reloaded was iffy and made me fear for Revolutions but by God did they jump the shark with that one. :shake:
