Well boys and girls, should we be worried? I think they may go after some of the top uploaders or people who leaked high profile albums, but the majority of us should be safe. I know that at least 50% of what I downloaded was non-RIAA albums.

Yeah, I can't see them going after 180,000 people. The owner and anyone who donated are their most likely targets.
I hope you guys are right, and I don't want to freak you out, but I used to downloaded from a movie site a few years back and I got sued for $3000 after it got shut down. There were well over 100,000 people downloading on that site, probably over 200,000, and I was nowhere near the top in uploading. In reality I was probably very close to the bottom, but they still got me. That was the MPAA and this is the RIAA, so it may be a lot different. Good luck guys!!
Also, I never donated a dime to them.
