but sleeping takes so much more time than eating...there's enough food in the world for everyone, there just aren't enough people/resources to get it to them...if we didn't have to sleep, we'd be close to twice as far we are as a race than we are now

i hear heroin is harmless in a pure form and the stuff mixed in on the street is actually what makes it harmful, so we should just legalize heroin and have supersoaker fights... then the last shade of green would be in place in the great coloring book of life... at least that's what the guy on tv said

Harmless is a bit strong, but yes, it isn't 'toxic', nor does it cause any organ damage... It just might suppress your respiration to the point of death if you go overboard with it.
