Are you buying CD's direct from labels online now that the dollar is nuts?

Just bought 5 CDs from the Relapse Store for a paltry 70 US pesos

I'm buying from amazon.com and the amazon marketplace. I just spend $84 CAN on 6 CD's...4 through amazon and 2 through the marketplace...all new. An order like that used to cost me 120.

What'd ya get from relapse?

I've heard good things about Om but don't really know how they sound. How would you describe them? Are they like stoner/doom or something?

Om = bass, uh, based drone. Such a great tone on Conference of the Birds especially. A bunch of semi-mystical garbage lyrics, but big deal, I'm not here for philosophy, I'm here for some droning fucking bass

I downloaded Pilgrimage but only had a chance to listen to the first song. It's minimalist but i liked it, even if it did sound pretty much exactly like Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun  .

This thread's kinda outta date now considering how much things have changed in the last year. :|
