As some of you may or may not know this Saturday will mark the last time that the `canes will play a home game at this legendary field. I don't know if there are any other U fans here but i think any college football fan should know how big of a lose this is for the sport in general. Was it the biggest stadium? No. Was is the best looking? Hell no. But there is something magical about watching a game and seeing the players run out through the smoke onto the field. It wont be the same with them playing at Pro Player, the Orange Bowl was without a doubt one of the biggest land marks in college football history i for one will miss it. I only wish that the final year for the OB didnt come when the `canes where in a rebuilding phase, So my advice to anyone who has never been there is watch the game on ESPN enjoy the game(hopefully a canes win) and enjoy all the crowd and stadium shots im sure they will show. There were alot of great memories on that field, alot of great games played. It will be missed
dont call the stadium theyre moving to 'pro player.' joe robbie stadium always and forever.
yes, rip orange bowl. even tho i never saw a game there. hopefully this clears the way for the marlins getting a stadium on that site.

It's gonna be interesting to see how much cocaine they pull from under that field. I bet Michael Irvin has his work gloves with him on Saturday. Come to think of it, they may even find a few murder weapons. Ray Lewis may not be out of the woods yet......
