It's been down as of late (the last 5 or so years) because both teams have been bad, but I'd throw Bills/Dolphins in there. Maybe Packers/Vikings and Raiders/Chargers as well.

As long as Mike Shanahan and Al Davis are around in their current positions, I'll always consider Broncos-Raiders the biggest in the league.
I don't get why you didn't mention that ahead of Broncos/Chargers (which I don't see as much of a rivalry) or CERTAINLY Cowboys/Giants over Cowboys/Redskins.

What's the deal with Davis and good ol' Shanahan?
Shanny head coached for a year and a half with the Raiders before Davis had his typical fickle reaction with head coaches and fired him. Davis stiffed Shanahan on a guaranteed portion of his contract, allegedly because Shanahan specifically went back to the Broncos to resume coaching Elway. Shanny's had the last laugh with a 20-5 record over the Raiders since becoming Broncos head coach.

I dont consider the 49ers/Seahawks, Chargers/Broncos, or Vikings/Lions rivalries at all. And even though the Dolphins/Bills havent played a meaningful game in a while I still hate the Bills more than the any team as a Dolphins fan.
Bills would have bigger beef with the Jets than the Dolphins.
umm, no. We hate the Dolphins up here.
yeah definetly. the jets have traditionally sucked. bills-dolphins has always been an intense rivalry, save for the last few years when neither team (especially miami) has been playing at a high level.
dolphins-jets has been huge, at least in south florida, if for nothing else than the huge numbers of friggin displaced new yorkers here.
i dont see where the 49ers-seahawks or vikings-lions are anywhere near top rivalries tho.

Depends on how you define rivalry.
If you're talking bad blood between teams, I think you need to throw Pats-Jets into the mix, even though that's mostly between coaches. Considering the fallout from the first game this season, that might carry over to the players a bit.

and on the other side, I hate the Dolphins more than anyone in the league with the Pats in a close 2nd.
but you guys pretty much owned us in the early 90's when miami was actually pretty good. bruce smith, darryl talley, cornelious bennett...these guys terrorized the fins so bad i had nightmares!
we could do any and everything except beat the bills it seemed like. i still remember that glorious game in '92 up in buffalo when we actually won. louis oliver's 103 yd interception return. ah, good times. too bad we lost in the afc championship game to who else...the bills...

i wasnt alive to feel the heat back in the 70s when the Bills couldnt beat the Dolphins, but I still know about it. Its a shame that marino was a phin cuz i thought he was a great quaterback, just on a team that I loathed.

good stuff, ya know youre history lol. weren't the bills 0-20 vs miami in the decade? im pretty sure they didn't beat miami once in the 70's. i wasn't alive for that either. i got to enjoy season after season of buffalo's defense abusing miami. richmond webb was a great LT, but he never could block bruce smith.

As a Jet fan, I agree with those two as well. The Jets-Pats was getting bigger starting with Pacells and CMart coming over but it has been too one sided for my taste. The hatred for Miami goes back to the 82 AJ Douchebag AFC Championship game (which I cried after) and through Shula, MArino, and Jason Taylor. The Bill havent bother me as much for some reason, except when Bruce Smith would single handedly win games for them against the Jets
