I'm trying to get rid of some avocados so they don't go bad

VERY GOOD. Add some salt and pepper.


OOOR, throw that bagle in the oven at about 350-400 for 10 mins with some regular cheese and some tomatoes. SOO YUMMY!!

it was delicious

I just saw a fat lady on Food Network making some rice dish, and she included an avocado/grapefruit salad. Looked really good:

-fresh squeezed lemon juice
-olive oil
-Dijon mustard
-salt
-pepper

Mix all that up, pour it on avocado slices, add grapefruit. The rice dish looked far more pricey and complex, but perhaps I'd try this with some chicken at some point.
