I predict in about a year, you'll be patting yourself on the back for moving and turning your life upsidedown for a bit- it's a pretty healthy thing to do - change things up every so often.

Yea, im very nervous right now. in the end I know this will be beneficial, no matter what happens. Money will be very tight, i wont know many people, not sure the actual job is for me but its a starting point to many other opportunities..
Also, landlord wants first, last and security deposit up front. Who has tha tkind of money stashed away?

That's a pretty typical arrangement when renting- it's what I've always had to do - If you have any money saved right now- don't touch it for one. Did you pay a security deposit or last month's rent where you live right now? If so, you can add that to your saved cash (by not paying your last month's rent ON your lest month of residence, whatever money you would have used towards rent can go towards the new rental etc)- and if you have ANYONE you can borrow fropm (on a very temproary basis) you should try that too.
The lousiest thing I've ever had to do was to draw cash against a credit cad check (which has huge interest rates on that kind of usage) and deal with the debt loing enough to start working again etc- If you think of doing that kind of thing, pay off that cash advance IMMEDIATELY- in as big amounts of payment as possible.

Well I do have a full time job right now and ive been living at home the past few months anticipating this move. So i dont have any rent right now. Coming up with the money shouldnt be too difficult. i've also paid off most of my CC debt since living at home, but that has caused me to not put any money aside. That being said.... ive got about 2 months worth of pay checks that are all mine that i can put towards rent....plus christmas bonus, tax returns etc...

that'll work, and you can think of the security deposit as just being a savings account for now- as long as you don't trash the new place etc, plus, in MA at least, the landlord has to put the deposit in an interest bearing account and pay out the interest to you when completing the lease... I think you'll be fine and dandy. Good luck.
