i want a new game, cant decide between the 2..

adv rock band - i can shit around with it, have a few beers and play some songs before the bar..im gettin bored w gh3..i can download dead, metallica, and nirvana randoms (keep in mind im just gettin the game and playin the guitar parts, so i wont be droppin 200)

adv smg - i dont really have any games i can play through, like adventure story types..mario 64 is one of my fav games ever..

dis rb - do i really need more songs??

dis smg - do i have enough time to play to completion and actually concentrate on finding shit??

nba 2k8 would be in on this discussion too, but my buddy lent it to me and he just got virtua tennis and college 2k8 so he probably will let me keep it for a while

the game is gonna cost you a lot of money to play songs for 2 bucks a pop

well, its yours forever, but thats a lot of money after all the downloads you could get just to play a game

SMG = most innovative and fun game of the year.

i expected this game to be overrated and boring. For a year and a half i thought "Mario in space?? no thanks" then i caved in and bought it after all of the 9.7 reviews. UNBELIEVABLE game.

very rarely do you pick up a game and you can feel that its revolutionary. Rock Band is a fun game and you should definitely own that, but SMG is going down in history.

You can't buy just the guitar now. Only the bundle, or the game itself. Although I guess with a 360 you can just use the Xplorer. I would go with Mario Galaxy though
