Anyone knows these guys ? I came across their newest album The Narcotic Story (2007) and it got me hooked. They're from San Francisco, and I suck at genres but last.fm tags for this band are "experimental", "avant-garde", "noise rock", "post-hardcore" and wikipedia adds "noisecore" and "doom metal". I'm not sure all of this makes any sense, so my own description is that you have a wierd guy rambling/screaming and the music is great. While listening, I was all "wtf is this ?" but couldn't turn my ears away. Cool stuff.

i saw, oxbow supporting Isis, although it was billed as oxbow acoustic duo and i think they called themselves 'love holiday' or something.. one of the strangest opening acts iv ever seen a huge black guy screaming and some dude playing the acoustic guitar!

my buddy saw them open for Isis in Birmingham on the same tour. He told me that buddy started out in a 3-piece suit and was shirtless a few songs into the set. He was almost nekkid by the end of the set. My friend was a little bewildered by the whole experience and didn't really know what to make of it .

I got my hands on more of their stuff : - Fuckfest / King of the Jews - Let Me Be A Woman - An Evil Heat (this one is supposed to be their masterpiece) I'll listen tomorrow though, I don't feel like having nightmares tonight
