yes, we do this cause we think we are witty. cause people who are really witty, can express wittiness, in cuing into subtle things with revealing truthful observational humor by simulating things in other threads. but unfortunately I only think i'm witty, but i'm not, so i express it by splitting sentences in two parts and put the first half in the title and the second half in the body. cause i think its so god damned clever
